Terms and Conditions for Dream Dalliance
Welcome to Dream Dalliance! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dream Dalliance application (“App”) and the services provided through the App (“Services”). By accessing or using the App and Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App or Services.

In no event shall Dream Dalliance be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App or Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the App; or (iv) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.

Dream Dalliance reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App and Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana , without regard to its conflict of law principles.
